Do the Stressed plants cry?
A recent report produced by the Cell, says that plants too have feelings. The stressed plant or thirsty plants also produce some airborne sounds. As they do not have vocal cords they are unable to produce sound.

The report says that plants produce such sounds that are mainly ultrasonic and are not audible to humans. Their sound range is 20-100 kilohertz. Such high-pitched sounds can not be listened to by human ears.
